Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your order. If there’s an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at Seasaltclubshop@gmail.com.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In its original condition and packaging
- Returned with tags attached
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
To start a return, please email Seasaltclubshop@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, if applicable.
Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Worn, washed, or altered items
- Swimwear, undergarments, socks, and other hygiene-related items
If you have questions about a specific item, please contact us before purchasing.
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you if your refund has been approved. If approved, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
